Hybrid Work- A Balance Between Flexibility and Office Time

The hybrid work model is one of the best things to happen to me. On the permission stall at HeyCoach, we are privileged for some days come to the office while others can be spent at home. I do not know whether this fair distribution will remain consistent in the long term, or whether companies will attempt to restore full working from the office. Are there any observance and/or accomodation challenges in hybrid work? #HeyCoachReview
