Now that we are running in hybrid, what do you think is the best work policy and why?
WFH. The companies which offer it now have an advantage. U can read about it… Mostly early career folks prefer hybrid or more afaik
Hybrid anyday, provides balance between work life balance and productivity
Mostly it depends on the type of role.
If majority of people are in office and you're in product role then WFO for days where you have to do discovery, talk to people is best.
Days when you want focus and document something, prefer WFH.
My answer as well
WFH cause it allows you to moonlight.
WFH + Goals based >>>>
I could sprint a week to complete my months target and chill rest of the month. Client happy. Manager happy. I'm happy.
I'd go bat-shit insane if I had to do WFO + Tasks count based. No innovation. No optimization. Just modern labor.
