I am sick of startups.

I have worked in startup’s all my life and I haven’t come across a single founder who has the sensibility to make it big.

The last two years have burnt me out. I have been working 16 hours a day and have no time left for anything else.

I have decided that I cannot work in startup’s anymore. But do MNCs even hire people who have only worked in startup’s and that too in a generalist role?

How can I get into a company with some degree of WLB?

there are two kinds of startups - one people who want to build something for a lifetime. and other who are in the business of selling ideas. The ones who sell ideas their companies will suck. They are here to rise funds and enrich themselves. Nothing wrong in that. Thats thier business model. Employees need to chose where they want to join and where to stay.

Startups vs Big Tech

What is your take on Software engineering learning in a startup than in a Big tech ? Like how does it impact one's career growth ?

P.S. Please consider Zomato etc. to be big tech and not startups. Thank you
