I used to stammer(not like very High )and currently working in product base startup and have 2.4 years of experience, I have lot of self doubt, will company hire me for sde 2 backend role despite of my stammering problem , please share your thoughts
My close friend in Google I know personally. He has stammering but he is so good at his job and so clear in his conversations that no one even pays heed to his stammering. He works with leadership as well and is extremely well respected. People on business and marketing have stammering and succeed. You are an SDE, talking is not the main reason you grow as an engineer
Little off topic but deepinder goyal has stammering and look he is the founder of a billion dollar company. If you are good at your job people will take you in.
Some interviewers might not but fuck those people
