I have 1.5 years of corporate experience and before that I also used to freelance as a Web Developer during college days.
My current organization has made about 20 lac just out of my skills before me the revenue was close to ZERO. The company is bootstrap but now at least the salaries are being paid out of the company revenue not out of the owners pocket.
Evenryone else in the organization is focused on single tasks whereas I am working on multiple projects at the same time. And I am completing them as well. I have been told that I am irreplacable, but I am pretty sure that people with wide range of skills such as myself are there in the market, it's just that the owner can't afford them. He has got a goat and he is slaughtering it.
I started at 12k then it was increased to 14k after 6 month then to 16k after nad 6 months and now I am at 25k and this 25k raise was given to me because I was about to leave for a better opportunity where I'll at least be paid my worth.
What should I do any suggestions?
