i have 8.7 lpa offer from infosys for technology analyst role and experience is 3.5 years. Is it ok to join at that ctc according to my years of experience?

As per YOE it's decent. Try negotiating better. I have seen people at JL4 having around 12 LPA package. Or else you may accept and take counter offer.

Did you get promoted to Technology Analyst or you were working in a different company previously and got this offer? I'm asking this because my colleagues who got promoted to Technology Analyst from SSE got only around 4.8 LPA. ? Your experience and their experience is the same.

CTC is very low as per YOE. But everyone starts somewhere. Keep working on getting better job offers, you'll find at least 2-3x that amount
