Social skills are irrelevant, can be acquired at any age. In most of the cases, what you call social skills is actually peer pressure to do some things that make you compatible with a random crap group.
Going to trips is highly overrated, increases carbon footprints, makes lives of local people (of the tourist area) miserable. Everyone is trying to become Ibn Battuta for no reason. Life is more joyous with family and school/college/childhood friends.
Stop using social media. Twitter is fine for news/trends/popular culture (never try to follow trends or popular culture, just be aware of them), or even skip Twitter if you've better source for these things. Follow only meaningful people on LinkedIn, remove connection with someone as soon as they like/repost crap.
After using Android for long time, iPhone software seems like it was developed by the kids for the kids. No customisation, no sideloading apps, all the web browsers look same because apple has put restriction over the Browser Rendering Engine and Architecture. Don't want ads in YouTube? Watch it in browser with ad blocker (bad experience) or buy premium (give money). You'll feel like throwing the phone, sorry iPhone, on the wall very often. Buy 1+ (great hardware, low price, decent software) or Samsung (great software, bad hardware in low price range, best hardware in higher range)
E-commerce apps are there only for unnecessary purchase. You'll make great friends while buying grocery from local shop, for other items, use e-commerce websites with ad blocker and anti-tracking extension so that they don't get chance to track you and throw targeted ads.
Always be proud of yourself, while keeping your privilege in check and be a good human being. For people coming from ≤30k salery bracket, once the academics are completed, no part of life is "most important".
No you're not pushing yourself back, you're doing great. Keep yourself and your family happy, fit, healthy and strong. That's all that matters. Start saving after paying off the debts. Life is very long.
