I told my mom about what Zepto is doing with fooling users into paying for delivery (despite them buying Z Pass). She realized she's paid delivery across multiple orders, and felt bad. #ScrewYouZepto

Only asshole product folks/leaders can somehow arrive to this decision & thinking. To make the user feel like a fool... this may have made you some ~100 extra rupees from my house, but you're not getting another order again.

It just kinda made me sad to realize that she had no idea, and somewhere, some Zepto exec thought that it's fine to do this. A genuine FUCK YOU to Zepto.
