Infosys promotion cycle

I received a promotion in Infosys after 4 years of my service. So, given you have 2 years of experience, I think you have to wait for a few more years to get promoted. Also, the promotion cycle I think starts in October. So, you can even talk to your manager if you have any queries regarding the cycle.

Hello! promotion depends on what profile you joined. depending on that plus your performance you will be elligible for promotion. instead of talking to HR talk to your manager. if you are taking care of any extra responsibilities, use that as a leverage to ask for promotion.
