Is it compulsory to serve a 90 day notice period if you are on a bench?

Whether an employee on the bench in a service-based company(like TCS , Accenture) needs to serve the full 90 days notice period or they can get an early release ?

Note: I am on the bench, I want to serve a full notice period. So that I can get a better offer and company. Currently I have a 50% hiked offer, I am looking to make it around an 100% but I need time to get a new offer. If HR releases me early then I have to join with just a 50% hike Salary.

It totally depends on the HR and the project requirements. If they have any urgent position in a project then they'll allocate you there and you'll need to work until you completed your notice.
