yes, the new rhythm policy mandates it, minimum 6 hours in office for 2 days each.

TCS or LTIMindtree?

Got offers from these two companies. TCS is offering 2 lacks more thank LTIM. At LTIMindtree I have to go to office 2-3 days/week but in TCS everyday.
