I would suggest to connect with your Supervisor and get approval as an exception. Always be safe.

They wont do anything specifically but it would definitely effect your review or they would give you this as a reason for not giving you a raise

Can someone tell me on how many days does Capgemini calls their employees to office, and how many days the employees actually follow there?
