If you want to edit videos, please get the cheapest MacBook Pro 13/14 with 16 gb ram, you need that fan for sustained load, fanless MacBook Air noticably reduces performance even on blender after 15 mins of load.

Base varient pro 14 (2021 m1 series) can be found for 120-130k during offers, air is only good for small bursts of peak performance then it slows.

apple's black magic works that their fanless laptop doesn't burn itself but can't ignore physics, it has limitations.

I own an MBA M1.
Works for the first 3, not so much for the 4th. It works, but rendering takes longer and also heats up. And you would need to get the 16GB spec not the base one.
