Company is doing good. It is run by people who are sensible and know the market well. They also believe in creating wealth for everyone
Esops are a little overvalued right now. So, effectively 40L is not it's worth that much. But once the company switches back to india, you can negotiate for more esops. They will grant you if your performance is good. If all goes well, you can make a substantial amount of money in the next 2-3 years which may not be possible elsewhere
Culture is not the same as 2-3 years back (I hear from older employees) but isn't it the case with all Indian startups ?
