Hi, i have offer from Razorpay which offers me ESOPs and Fixed of INR 40 lacs. Wanted to understand its worth shifting from NCR to Bangalore with family as this CTC.
Also, would like to know about the ESOP growth projection in next 3-4 yrs and Employee benefits/culture.
I'm kind of guy who prefer only 5 days working.
The company won't survive till you are able to encash esops, Also the additional fixed component isn't worth leaving your family, friends to go to a place where locals (kannadigas) are against you and traffic suxx away your life
It depends on what you are looking for in the role.
Razorpay is not the same company what it use to be 3-years back, just check the glassdoor rating it use to be 4.4 couple of years back.
