Is resign before switch is the only way to get interview calls?

I am working in Infosys and I have 90 days notice period. I have been applying from the past 2 years but haven't got any calls and interview scheduled forget about rejections.I could landed 2 interviews only. Is it happening because I fill 90 days notice period while applying? What should I do? I can't take risk of resign because of financial issues right now. Please drop your suggestions.

Don't do it, if the company has hire requirements and which is a planned one, they will wait for you. In Apple, they waited for me for around 3 months (NP)+10 days as some time for me and my family.
Remember something better is awaiting for you, in a rush you might miss the opportunity.
