As a female myself I never really had a problem. Guys is kind of a gender neutral word now. People who are non binary/female, do yall really have a problem w someone saying "guys" and not "folks" or "people"
I am a female and call my female friends bro/dude. Which is not gender neutral but they know it isn't demeaning
Inclusivity is much more than that, restricting to such words doesn't make them woke
It's not about correcting others, it's about virtue signaling. My friends call each other, bro or dude. That's completely normal.
