Okay, hear me out! Peeps living far from home mustve tried this already. Thing is : I liked the taste and promptness but I'm still skeptical as to how these are priced so low. Has anyone had any bad experiences? Or seen one of these home chefs do their thing? I understand they don't gotta pay restaurant taxes and all that stuff, challaans hafta and what not. But still need convincing.
The roti costs them 2.5-3rs and they sell for 9-10 (ofc you have to account for wastages)
A lot of things are automated. Economies of scale effect start to kick in as the quantities are huge.
There are tiffin services which deliver food to you for 100/- a meal as well. Then why not Zomato.
When you own the supply, you can control the prices. It's just that Bengaluru restaurants are over priced
