I use hotstar, Netflix, Sony LIV and Prime as premium user and all of them are doing great.
Only #jiocinema looks like lagging.
Apart from crashes and memes, few honest feedbacks and suggestions.
FHD or HD also looks like 480p on JioCinema app.

Ad experience is very bad even as premium user, that's a complaint for star and Amazon also. I dunno y
Recommendation engine isn't strong like peers.

I know JIO Cinema has a great engineering team and lots of money but i really don't like the product. UI feels cluttered, livestream also feels pixalated anyone else feels the same. I really liked hotstar honestly and i was expecting jio...
Hot take. Who says their team is that great. It's all indian developers with more focus on big terms and less substance.
Frankly it is quite shitty, the entire UX. It is down quite frequently (at least for me), the homepage itself doesn't load just shows a black screen with the ghost loading for titles, a lot of the times the posters for movies are interch...

Since Jio has taken up IPL broadcast and also HBO shows, how is the scene at Hotstar? It would be difficult for them to make money through subscription since Jio cinema is free. How is the future look like?
