I use hotstar, Netflix, Sony LIV and Prime as premium user and all of them are doing great.
Only #jiocinema looks like lagging.
Apart from crashes and memes, few honest feedbacks and suggestions.
FHD or HD also looks like 480p on JioCinema app.
Concurrent user during live sports instead of total viewers
Ad experience is very bad even as premium user, that's a complaint for star and Amazon also. I dunno y
Recommendation engine isn't strong like peers.

Hope u take these feedbacks positively and do a freestyle lap inorder to fix these butterfly kinda issues.

There is no option to logout from all devices at once
There is an option to remove from watch history in mobile app but not on desktop app

Why is jiocinema so effin horrible to use on Samsung tvs ? Just fix this shit already.
I know JIO Cinema has a great engineering team and lots of money but i really don't like the product. UI feels cluttered, livestream also feels pixalated anyone else feels the same. I really liked hotstar honestly and i was expecting jio...
JioCinema, Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, Zee5, Prime Video, Sony Liv. Arrange these on the basis of their overall user experience, quality, smoothness, comfort, bugs, etc.
Frankly it is quite shitty, the entire UX. It is down quite frequently (at least for me), the homepage itself doesn't load just shows a black screen with the ghost loading for titles, a lot of the times the posters for movies are interch...
Hotstar manged 6-7cr users. Jio or sports 18 group can't manage even 2cr users.
they should poach hotstar team or get AWS services...
There should be penalty for ruining experience of consumers.
