Anybody who has recently bought any land or plots in North Bangalore, can you please share your experience? How did you do the research and finalize the project? How much did you buy for? Did you pay full from savings or take plot loan? Any guidance would be helpful.
Go with a brand name builder. Process is super smooth Loans are pre approved if good builder. Plot loans are different from home loans though (no tax benefits)

Good to hire a lawyer to vet the documents, title, ec etc, hire two! Better if you know them and hire from your circles!

I Put about 90% from savings
Tried approaching banks for loan for the rest but most of them rejected because it’s not a dc converted land.
So ended up taking a small gold loan and a PL.
