Male vs Female interviewers

In my view, male interviewers want to give jobs in the market whereas females are still confused b/w whether he/she gave the appropriate answer or not.

I never had a matured interview from a female interviewers in 7+ yrs of experience neither my ex-managers of ex-companies tried to understand the concepts. They were mainly focussed on attire, makeups and accents to impress.

I hope we get more female intelligent folks to conduct and focus on meaningful conversations.

Your wish is likely to remain a dream when it comes to Indian interviewers. Women and intelligence is an unusual combination; I have had the luxury of meeting with lot of such people during school and college days. Most of them have left this country though.
Extrapolating this observation yo today's time, leads me to conclude that the remainers are not that great. This also happens to explain what you experienced in interviews.

Never faced any problems with female interviewers. Everyone was just as professional as their male counterparts.
Go into an interview without any prejudice and you may feel a change.
