Mental Health Challenge @work

I'm working at a decently large firm here in Bangalore, leading a cool project that involves stuff I really like, like modeling and data engineering. Plus, I'm helping leadership team with some cool projects which is giving me a lot of visibility in the org. Lately I'm finding it hard to stay motivated.

I'm on medication and seeing a therapist for depression, and I’ve been feeling a lot better overall. It's just that with all these responsibilities I'm not feeling happy. I sometimes vent out on juniors or colleagues (erratic behaviour).

Has anyone else gone through something like this? What helped you get past this kind of mental block? Any tips or advice would be really helpful.

Everyone is bound to have multiple sightings of such instances throughout the year even though everything is going great. Most though don't show it and struggle in silence.

Its reimagining of the classic "Meaning of Life" retort. My advice: find a vent and let loose. For me its been video games , books , writing gibberish and walking.

Vents provide you with means to reinforce continuously that the significance of life lies in its insignificance.
