Just a curious question, I like the idea of working for startups and building new teams, I am seeing massive layoffs and toxic culture news around , any good bets in-terms of work culture?
Name some startups which are really good- solving tough problems for India, good workplace policy and perks, founders aren’t d, and have good policies to support employees building our startups (sabbatical policies, financial support etc)
