You dont move to US just to become rich, you go there for the quality of life. Try working there for a few years. Come back to India and work here for 1 year. One will be ready to work there for food.

Then what about people who predominantly work with US teams and reporting to a US based managers from India? In tech, there is not much difference if you work in a product based MNC where the higher-ups are almost always located abroad
