Need Advice!!!

I am currently working with a start-up from the last 2 years as a web developer angular+ dot net. My current CTC is 5LPA. Waiting for appraisal form last 1 year, and management has cleared that we do not expect a magical raise this time, I will hardly get 25 - 30% this time. Should I wait for 1 more year here( product is good and work culture is best). Or look for another opportunity. How much salary should I expect from outside? I have good knowledge and worked on various things frontend, backend, ci/cd.

Apply at Almabase. Great salary and great culture.

Few quick questions if could put your thoughts

Skills: Angular + dot net

Where should I search for an opening, LinkedIn and naukri is enough?

I have applied for almost 30,40 openings in last 1 month but got no response.

Or any other way?

30-40 is too low if you're going all in while applying, these number of applications can be done within couple of days or even a day.

You are underpaid. Start looking for jobs.

I would personally recommend atleast start preparing for interviews. Even if you're not looking for switch immediately, being in zone for interviews makes a lot of difference. Learn React/Spring based on if you're more interested in FE/BE. You're also underpaid imo. If you don't get a raise, you should be in a position to leave the job. Job switches are great way of increasing pay scale. Don't rely on appraisels. Hardly any company I have seen so far give fair appraisels. All the best.
