I have an offer from Capgemini for 21 LPA( 10% variable pay) and have offer from CGI of 19 LPA( 2 % variable and 3% share) which is the better option....??

Hi guys, Got selected for react role in service based company. The hr said he will be rolling out the offer
Already have an offer Capgemini 8lpa Another offer from startup 7.8lpa Photon maximum 8lpa they can give
if I don't join photon after accepting offer letter they said to pay 10% of offered CTC. Is it normal? also said me to forward the Capgemini and startup company offer letter to them. Current role in tcs: process associate and designation is bpo2. Offered roles are developer.

This should not happen bcoz its upto you where you want to join, no company can ask you to pay . They are just scamming you it's better you go for other offers, dont join photon. In Capgemini and startup I'll suggest if you want to grow in terms of skills in coming years than go for startup bcoz there you will get opportunity to learn things exponentially. What exactly you want it depends on you. So choose wisely bro.
