Hello Everyone. I completed my graduation in B.C.A in august 2022. I has been an year i have been applying for jobs and side by side learning mern stack. Today o got offer from a startup company in gurgaon for position of angular developer. they are offering me 5 lakh CTC. In which 4.5 per year will be in hand. Probation period is of 90 days and notice period of 15 days in this period. After that notice period is of 90 days. Alternative saturdays are off. I had given experience of freelancing while interview. Is this good to go considering a very early startup. There are only 25 people in this company. They have told me that there will be work load so you might have to spend extra hours apart from work timings 9:30am -6:30pm. Should I wait and apply for some other jobs. Please help me out.
Take it. Except for alternate Saturday's off instead of all weekends off, everything else seems normal. Keep looking for better opportunities.
