Pls ,Pls , I need some inputs .
I got an offer at ey gds but something strange. Current ctc:6 lpa, offered:8.5
The thing doubtable here is a category in ctc for other allowances with flexible components(pension,meal card, travel allowance, telephone reimbursement etc) for all of this it is allocated as 2,80,000 i mean how can all of this come under this huge amount? ,also its not variable pay too. I don’t know how much tax will deduct too.
Will I be getting this other allowances pay entirely It’s like 20k per month or will i not get it?. Requesting inputs from EY employees too.
Do i have to accept this?, I don’t know.Shall i look for an offer in parallel accepting this?.
If i exclude all of these flexible components it comes to my same old salary.So confused, pls tell.
