Need recommendation on international credit card

Hi, I will be travelling to Dubai soon just for 12 days. This is my first time stepping out of India and its only for a short duration.

I need some recommendations on credit cards which has the following:

  • 0 foreign markup fee. I should be able to withdraw cash and pay for things in dubai without worrying about the markup fee.
  • 0 or low currency conversion fee.
  • Should have decent credit limit upto atleast 1 lakh.
  • 0 or very low joining fee
  • 0 or very low annual fee
  • After returning to India, I will be using it here. So it'll be great if it has shopping cashbacks.
  • Not interested in forex prepaid cards since we can't use it in India afterwards and it has a inactive fee.
  • I don't care about lounge access since its just a short trip.

Appreciate your suggestions. Also recommend what cards which you've used in past and if its good or bad.
