Need suggestions

It's almost 3 years in IT MNC I am 26F working right now and I feel fed up a bit my tech stack is mainframe and I am not getting good project exposure and it's thought getting good exposure in our company I am feeling anxious because everyone around me is getting 10lpa around the package and it seems like it's kinda competition and that's why I avoid going outside and meetups

Should I resign and do something which I dreamt for? Like higher then getting into core company

Please suggest me

Mainframe has no future.
Try to learn other technology - move into that tech internally.

Consider getting into SaaS based technology for stability over the years.

I am good with my core knowledge as well like vlsi, so mtech will be a good option or should I learn cloud like AWS ? Please suggest
