Need workout routine suggestion

I've been going to the gym for a month now and this is my routine: Day 1: Chest, tricep Day 2: Back, bicep Day 3: Shoulder, abs Day 4: Bicep, Tricep Day 5: Legs

Is this a good split? Would you recommend something else?

I followed this when I was a beginner

Mon: Back + Biceps
Tue: Triceps + Chest
Wed: Shoulders + Legs
Thurs: Back + Biceps
Fri: Triceps + Chest
Sat: Shoulders + Legs Sun: Rest

After 6 months, You can train each muscle a day..

Protein Intake I followed:

Mon, Wed, Fri: 300 gm of chicken breast + Veggies
Tue, Thurs, Sat: 8 boiled egg whites + 70 gm of soya chunks + Veggies
Sun: Less carb intake + a small cup of chicken gravy with white rice

I do used protein powder & creatine for 2 months, later stopped and increased my natural protein intake to go natty..
