You didn't mention WFO for Sony. I selected Q2 because they don't track and also everything sounds good to me. And banking sector has chill life balance no hardcore deadlines and also is more stable
Oh yeah, 2 days WFO , and have to stay 9 hours in office. It is kadubeesnahalli.
Mere office ke samne hai Sony ka office. Bahot traffic 🚦 hai sala. Jaam chaki jati hai Jane me daily

I worked in Q2 ind. but they didn't convert us for a full-time role after working hard for 10 months just hate Q2.
Don't want to sound too negative but mostly Unlimited Leaves are a scam (because you don't get your leaves approved that easily).
Try to get some info on these aspects for both companies and then decide.
