Based on comments Jo career pe focus Kiya use chahiye ladki, aur Jo ladki pe focus Kiya use chahiye career. Grass is always greener on other side.

May be that the point there will be pros and cons of each path/ decision we take..we should take the road where we are comfortable with the cons of that path....

Owning a house.

I seen the rent and prices double in the last 9 years but salary/savings didn't grow at the same rate.

Not asking people to invest in 3 bhks but evena 2bhk investment would have helped me a lot in value capture and passive income.

Interesting. But the ROI for real estate investments is ridiculous imo.

Taking care of my body and health. Money is no use if the spinal issues dont let you sleep even on the most expensive mattress.

Not investing adequately in equity (stocks/mutual funds) and using debt instruments instead (PPF, FD). Being caught up in work and not going to family gatherings. No one but me now remembers all those days when I used to work till very late and on weekends

No ragrets!
What’s done is done. No point crying over it. Some really bad things happened but they’ve made me who I am and I am content.

The point is not to cry ..it is just to put it here so that young folks can see the various path people have taken along with the outcomes..so that they can make an informed choices.. your wisdom and experience will help them show the path

Do you have any regrets?

It can be anything related to not doing something you always wanted to but never did, a mistake you realize you shouldn’t have made, or feelings of not being successful enough. Feel free to share your thoughts.
