Ngl, everything depends on team-to-team basis and also on individuals.
And I've NEVER MET a single person who is OKAY with their company. (Not counting startup peeps)
Even on a different post on Grapevine, 80% voted that they don't like their job.
So people gonna rant & cry.
It's just what they cry about.
Real example:
An unemployed guy cries for job.
A small service based employee cries for product company.
A product company person cries for better salary.
A better salary one cries for better benefits.
Better benefits employee cries for big names.
Big names cries for workload & responsibility.
It just goes on & on & on.
It's just decide why you wanna work and switch & stick to it.
