Any opinions or guesses on when will the tech bull run will start again in short when this recession will go away and market will be stable?
There are some chatter in the finance and economics circles that 2024 may see a world-wide recession, especially in the west (though it is an election year in the US).
What do you think (or better, know more) about it? Will it be as bad for IT as what we had post-Covid?
Silent recession has been going on for a year now. The reduction in headcount everywhere is proof enough
This year there are elections everywhere in world so less chance of recession in 2024, 2025 looks scary
I doubt there would be official recession in election season. We will be suffering anyway till layoffs end

Good time to analyse your investments and make adjustments. Keep an eye on how much runway you have in liquid assets in case worst happens.
