TATA! Both will have bureaucracy and work pressure I guess but TATA has better policies in terms of being employee friendly.

My sister worked at both places, she says choose TATA if you want to grow professionally, choose Jio if you need some stress in your life.

also no TATA will value you, Jio will not even pay you hikes and years of bonus in time Additionally top management is reserved from family and friends only. so better get your FnF referral there.
