Hi everyone,
I need advice on the next steps. I submitted my resignation 20 days ago, but my manager hasn't approved it yet. She insists that I serve the full 60 day notice period, of which 20 days are already completed. I've requested to shorten it to a 40 day notice period, but she hasn't accepted my request. I'm also willing to buy out the remaining notice period.
If I proceed with the buyout, will it affect my relieving and experience letters or cause any issues during the background verification process.
Should I talk to her manager regarding this , as now she's on sick leave for entire 1 week.
Please advise on what to do.
