Salaries in the Talent Acquisition space

Asking for a friend. They are a recruiter at a top startup but their salary has increased only 30% in the last 3 years. Joined the company out of campus and has been in TA for 2.5 years now at the same company. They mentioned that they're at 6.5LPA now.

Wanted to know how the numbers are for someone in good startups (Series B to Series F) in Talent teams. This person has worked on mid-level and leadership hiring along with handling talent branding projects.

For 3YOE 6.5 is a pittance. My sis is from that Symbi HR college and she started at 18lpa FFS. They need to be above 10-12 minimum if they're any good at their job. A friend who used to be the top AI recruiter at Observ was on 18 after 4YOE.

This person is a 2020 Btech grad and hires non-tech roles. Symbi HR usually does pay well straight out of campus tho. So, this person does not have the luxury of a MBA yet.

My Observ TA friend is a non MBA engineer. Not saying she should be 18. But 10-12 easily. Ask her to start looking out aggressively. 100% hike maangta and this isn't tone deaf, it's serious market correction. Also senior friends who are in employer branding are doing 24-30 already.

Interesting Talent Acquisition roles.

Hey guys, does anyone know of early stage companies that are looking to hire non-tech recruiters? I come with 2 years of full cycle leadership recruitment experience and I've also overseen projects in TA itself while being an individual ...
