Salaries(Mechanical Design Engineer)
Hey everyone, I recently attended an interview for a mechanical design role. I have 4 yoe and I got to know the salaries of candidates who attended for the same. I feel very sad and scared considering the pay people are offering to the role( they are not even ok with paying 10lpa for 4+yoe, they quoted 9.). If I extrapolate my salary to the nearby future, I don't think I'll be getting much looking at my seniors. Is this the same everywhere. Any idea on what to do to put myself in a better place?
