Am I being underpaid?
Current job: Tech consulting, Functional business analyst YoE: 1 post mba, 4.5 pre mba (product marketing manager, startup) MBA from Tier 2 college.
Pay: ~14L (wfo/hybrid in b'lore)
I am currently the only PM at a very small Agri-Tech startup. I did my MBA from an IIM. I am currently getting 12 LPA with 18 months of experience.
I wanted to know if I am underpaid. If yes, how should I prepare myself to get referred to better companies?

If startup has growth potential and you can see it getting big in upcoming years then stay! Nothing is better than being in first 100 of a startup team. The ESOPs and every benefit will be higher for you. But you can always ask for a raise and given the exp level; spend your time solving the problems and getting the experience; it will help you in future interviews.
