NO! They've been pushing for working 5 days in the office. And flexibility is a myth at PhonePe. Managers are under immense pressure to make sure the office is full on all days.
It was good up until December. This year the flexibility has gone for a toss. Asking for a couple of weeks of remote work feels like a crime now.
