Salary negotiation and package

I got an offer from Infosys for the position of lead consultant. And they fixed a salary of 29 LPA with 80% take-home pay and 20% variable pay. My total experience is 13 years. So could you please tell me if 29 LPA is the correct value for the lead consultant, or should I go for further negotiation? Also, can you please help me before accepting the offer letter? What are the things I should ask Infosys HR? Should I ask for a for a joining bonus as well? Please guide me if you have experience with negotiation.

IMO, its a good offer. Yes, you should ask for a joining bonus and relocation bonus as well

I would feel the variable pay percentage is more which you don't get in full amount quarterly. It's better to go with 90% fixed +10% variable. I'm not sure for this level 6 variable pay is like this only but for other levels below 6 it is 10% only.

20 % variables is not good..go with minimum variable pay

I recently joined infy as senior Consultant. 29LPA with 20% variable pay seems good. Considering your yoe you could ask for more. If you have another offer you can definitely ask more too. Regarding relocation and joining bonus, for me they said they can't provide that as per company policy tho. They do provide 7 days stay from DOJ

Infosys Lead Consultant

I have 16.5 Years of experience. I am getting a lead consultant role offer from Infosys. Is it a good role for my years of experience? Is it equivalent to a Manager or Senior manager (hierarchy wise) ?
