Say something good about your company

I am trying to switch, wanted to know first hand opinion of software engineers of their companies. This will help me have a wholistic view of the pasteur out there.

Here is my take on gojek (uptill early 2023, most of these are no longer true hence my reason to leave)

1. Good (better than market standard) compensation
2. Great career growth
3. Really good employee centric culture
4. Good managers who want you to win
