Hi folks, does anyone know the SDE salary range with 6 years of experience in software engineering? I am applying for jobs and need to put the expected salary.
Current CTC: 44 LPA. All fixed. Esops: 20 LPA. YOE: 6 Current designation: SDE 3.

Maybe like upto 70 ctc… Just check amazon pay band to get the maximum. Then depending on where u get the offer, pay would really be within the budget or band for that company.
Ur compensation mentioned is confusing. If it’s 44 fixed with 20L esops then u already have best salary, why switch?
