Search for jobs in Germany

It has come to light that 53% of companies in Germany are reporting shortages. In view of this the German parliament has approved a new immigration law designed to attract skilled workers.

Does anyone know what might be the best possible way to search for jobs in Germany from India.

Peace and quality of life is in India...amongst your people.
Positives are many in India and very intangible too Talking abou the negatives in India:
You can hack your way into getting better air and water by better planning and optimising. Roads are improving in india.
