Married men looking for validation from other women:

  1. Are other women finding me attractive
  2. Are other women looking at me
  3. Are other women interested in me

Is it common amongst married men to think like this?

How can you be so sure that you don't act on it? Also, is it so common for men to think if other women like them or find them attractive? Also, why this behavior?

Dekh bro, guys are wired to seek out partners, marriage as a concept is new to humans.

Plus other women find married/committed guys more attractive because they're outside reach and already selected by a woman.

This is why extra marital affairs happen and are more common than you'd think. Some couples give each other passes or have contracts with each other to manage this in a way that works for both.

Very few people live out their lives completely monogamous without ever cheating on someone. It takes effort to find the right partner and build a relationship that's fulfilling for both.

If you try to deny your biology you're going to have a hard time trying to moralise it all. I struggled with the same for a while. It's upto you to decide how you want to conduct your marriage/ relationship, there are mostly no right or wrong answers that apply to everyone.

"I struggled with the same for a while". How did you resolve your struggle?

I accepted my flawed human self instead of morally shaming myself for eternity. Currently on a break from dating anyone.

Will look for a woman that can understand me well and not judge too much. Not sure if marriage will be on the cards but I'm keeping an open mind.

No harm in seeking validation . But what’s the end goal of this validation ? What do you really want to do ?

Trying to figure why this behaviour in the first place. Hence asking if it's common and if its okay?
