Seeking Advice on Starting Career with Service-Based Company

Hello, I recently started working for a Pune-based service based company that specializes in Sitecore. The bond is equivalent to four months' income, and the service agreement is for two years. I currently know the market. However, given its lackluster future prospects, I don't want to be tied to Sitecore technology in the long run. What else would you recommend to me? Being from a Tier 2 college, I received it off-campus (so far, that's the sole offer). Additionally, there is a 6-month training time and a 6-LPA CTC. Would someone kindly clarify what training is? Surely, on the first day, they won't give the freshmen direct work? What should I do and shouldn't do in training? Any advice/mistakes I should avoid?

Join the company but keep searching for Jobs outside. If you get better offer, leave this organisation by paying the money,
