Should I joined a startup as I am in final year of my College

There is a startup where they are still building the product and currently managed somehow 25 lakh funding and I am doing intern in that and there is only 4 developers and they are saying I will got 10+lpa after full time that may start from July 2025. They are saying that they are incubated at AIC Mahindra. what does it mean by incubated at Mahindra? And part of nasscom tech.
