It is most monitoring shit and I don’t like my coworkers to be honest plus I am very anxious / depressed I do take meds and therapy . Now I am thinking I should quit my job notice period is 3 months and start a fresh maybe somewhere closer to home like Gurgaon I am in Bengaluru currently. Or I should stay in current job and maybe I’ll get pip to be honest . Dont quit on ur own just do the bare minimum and let the company remove u.
