Currently I’m working with a finance company as a operations manager for an year now. It is my first full time job after graduating. I only have one year of experience as of now. The thing is altho my role is completely remote and I’m getting around 80k per month, and work life balance is good. I don’t get much work load but I’m not getting any new skills and also I don’t enjoy the role or the company.
I want to pursue a career as a Security analyst or similar domain but it’s hard to get into this department.
Should I continue in this company or switch to another with my preferred role.
