Software engineering is a super competitive environment. People gaslight you every now and then. Every second person would be jealous of your growth. I’m having a hard time keeping myself calm because of all the subtle workplace bullying.

No, you're wrong. You can't generalize like this about the whole software engineering industry. I have worked for a number of companies in my career, and every company's culture is different. Many companies have terrible work culture, and many are better.
Sounds like you're stuck in some really toxic workplace. Start interviewing and move out ASAP to a company with better culture & WLB, in order to preserve your mental health, and to prevent burnout. Good luck! 👍
